Is a local, small-batch dedicated gluten free bakery, specializing in fresh gluten free breads and rolls
We use organic, GMO free and locally grown ingredients whenever possible. We also use no preservatives.
Customers can find our products in many retail establishments and restaurants around the region. (available by wholesale only)
We deliver FRESH products, never frozen. Deliveries for retailers can be once or twice a week, and as needed for restaurants. Please check with your retailer for delivery days and times.
Products freeze exceptionally well for up to three months.
Allergen information: In addition to being gluten free, our products are soy free, nut free, and many are dairy free as well.
We also offer event cakes.
